Between 16 and 19 October 2013, at Cluj-Napoca, Romania, SpeeD group organized the 7^th Conference on Speech Technology and Human-Computer Dialogue “SpeD 2013”. “SpeD 2013” reflected some of the latest tendencies in spoken language technology and human-computer dialogue research as well as some of the most recent applications in this area. At this year’s edition participated about 50 researchers from Romania, Hungary, France, Finland, Austria and South Africa. The conference was co-sponsored by IEEE and EURASIP and its Proceedings were included in the IEEE Conference Publications Program (CPP) and will be indexed soon in IEEE Xplore.
