On 18-19 October 2013 Horia Cucu represented SpeeD at MediaEval 2013 Workshop, which was held in Barcelona, Spain. He presented SpeeD’s approach to the 2013 Spoken Web Search task: “A Phone Recognition Approach to Spoken Term Detection”.
